SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders received Monday – Friday will be processed within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays). Orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next business day (excluding recognized holidays). Customers will receive an order confirmation including a tracking no.

UNEXPCTED DELAYS
Should there be an unexpected shipping delay exceeding 5 business days (e.g. holidays, COVID-19), customers will be notified via email or website announcement banner. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST
We currently ship throughout the United States and U.S. Territories only via the USPS. No international shipping offered at this time. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight. Order packages are then shipped Priority Mail via the USPS. Purchase additional insurance at your discretion.

A tracking no. will be provided and included in the order confirmation. Once items are shipped from our location, Cevanna Naturals® is no longer responsible for your order.  No refunds will be issued nor items replaced due to lost, stolen, refused, damaged and/or non-received order packages. Therefore, please track you order package accordingly. 

If you do not receive your order package you may be able to file a claim at https://onlineclaims.usps.com/OICWeb/

CHANGES
Cevanna Naturals® reserves the right to change operating shipping rates from time to time.
